I'm 171 cm and my chest-waist-hip measurements are 82-65-93. I ordered a medium and it fits well, though the pants are short -they hit about 2-3 inches above my ankles. the material is very stretchy but there is still a decent amount of compression. a large might have fit a bit better for the pants, but then the top would be too big. the material is a little thin but feels very comfortable to wear.
